Went here a bought a few cones. The ice cream seemed to be very soft. I dont think the temperature was set correctly. Also the flavours are not as good as what you can get with gelato....
My partner and I were just served by a gentleman to which I assume was the owner.What a pleasant visit.We decided to spend the day in Byron and we understand that Byron is a busy place and customer service always has less emphasis on such a busy place from other places we visited that day.Its fantastic to be treated like a valued customer instead of just another number.
Brilliant service. Fast friendly. Amazing character ice creams for the kids - mermaids - unicorns - monsters we didnt know they had these till we got there but the kids loved every taste of them.
