When the roadabout was going in at Bunnings I was walking my Dog in the empty field behind the petrol station. Suddenly the black tile company truck comes over the curb, cutting through the field, barely misses the dog and promptly runs over a council water spigot on its way back onto Centennial Circuit. Took a few weeks to get that spigot fixed as water just ran down the drain. All because somebody was too much of a tycoon to wait in traffic. Cant help but grade a business on behavior like that.
I feel compelled to give one star because I feel this business was not 100% ethical in their dealings with me. I had wanted to buy a particular tile from a supplier called Jatana interiors. We first visited this store because we believe they were selling the tiles on behalf of the producer. During our visit the sales person never once corrected me or confirmed otherwise, and I recall asking if they were Jatana tiles. Which they are not. Coincidently they didn't have the stock we wanted and we bought directly from the maker and then later found out this business was creating replicas of the tiles. Not really an issue creating a replica, but leading people to believe that it's from one particular supplier and withholding the truth is unethical. 1 star.
