Went in with a sore neck and what looked like a fingernail infection. Was pescribed valium for my neck.Doctor took a sample of fingernail with tweaser to be sent to pathology and charged me $110 for a surgical consultation.Went back a week later for results, was told it wasnt a fungal infection doctor didnt know what it was or how to treat it.Waist of 120$ and 2.5hrs of my time sitting in the waiting room.......................In response to the reply.You could look at the date of the review and see how many people named Floyd were a patient on that day and put it all together.To clear any confusion.First consultation was as stated a surgical consultation resulting in $110. Which was a poor excuse for pulling out some tweasers.I waited roughly 1hr to see the Dr.Second consultation which resulted in me being told by the Dr that she didnt know what it was or how to treat it cost me a further $10 for this information.I waited over an hour and a half.I will not be following up with this as you have already waisted my time and money enough and proven to be an incompitent practice, i will seek advice elsewhere.

Turned up at The Bright Side Clinic this morning with my sick child without an appointment. Was fitted in. Staff awesome! Doctor professional, nurse very caring. Refreshing to find an old fashioned GP clinic with caring service especially towards my child.
The doctors and staff here are lovely and professional. They genuinely care about their patients. Any doctor can run late sometimes but they never make me feel rushed, I always feel that I have the doctor's full attention. I admire the way they stick to their principles of science-based medicine. I have had many doctors tell me 'yeah, why not try acupuncture/herbs/whatever' and I have ended up wasting so much money. I appreciate someone having the integrity to tell me the truth.
