One particular staff member very over familiar. I'm guessing she was having a bad day but as a customer I found it very strange and a little creepy.

One star was being generous. Some staff good, some shockingly rude and act like we are inconveniencing them by asking for a product.The Byron store has poor management and it reflects through to the staffs poor attitude and lack of knowledge.The quality of all the product coming from China is really off too and it promotes itself as an Australian Business - but doesnt support Australia made products.Prefer Byron Bay Building Materials and Mitre 10.
One of the smaller stores but the staff are friendly and knowledgable and can order in anything from the catalogue quickly. They're also great for parts and service.
Really helpful staff that steered me in the right direction for everything I was after. Got all I needed at a reasonable price.
