The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ignores messages on Instagram, claiming they dont have a customer service department and this was before I even purchased anything (thank goodness I didnt) - I was practically begging them to respond. In the end I told them how bad their customer service was and that I would be spreading the word and they cowardly blocked me on Instagram - absolutely pathetic and immature!Think twice before giving this business your hard earned cash because in their words they dont have a customer service department was their response to me every single time! Jai, if you dont have a customer service department then simply DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS!!!I would give zero stars if I could. Your business will not survive with your stinking attitude towards customer service!
Best store ever! Great staff and very professional owner and manager. Shopping or simply visiting is always a beautiful and inspiring experience. It has my highest recommendation.
