A machine didn't register our coins at our first visit. So we lost a few coins. No biggy but thought they should know so they can get it fixed. We left a message and a guy called us back the next day. He was pretty agro about it and said the machines can't take more than they're programmed to. Ok mate, sure.We kept going despite his customer service, or lack there of.We went in recently to do about five loads of washing and drying. It's was really busy which is great for the business owners and you'd think they'd be happy about it. But no, we got nothing but attitude from the lady working there. I'm sorry it's such an inconvenience that we're spending money at your establishment. We won't do it again.

Not good! We wanted to do a triple load wash and we put all our detergent in and then wanted to add money and it did not work. Tried to call then for many times and every time there was no one available to help, whilst the sign says: 'need any help? please call us!' Well if thats the case please be available on the phone to help us out. We had to put our stuff in a different machine and had to go to wooly's to buy new detergent.
