I have employed the services of Brad Heydon for a complicated divorce, involving a few properties and a business, both he and Sue Creake from Heydon's helped the process immensely, with a successful outcome negotiated out of court, and friendship with ex husband retained. - after going to another lawyer in Byron Bay, for help with a will, I found the process drawn out , and I was fleeced of a few thousand dollars with no will in place after 2 years, and a mistake of naming a property which is tenants in common as joint tenants which could have caused problems. I could not recommend this firm highly enough.
