Unlike some reviews Ive never had a problem. Seems to be same value prices as bigger cities.
Cant give this place a 0/5. Disgusting attitude from the pharmacist yelling and screaming over the counter. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Wow more space than most Chemist Warehouses, good specials too
Customer Service was non existent when I went to the Byron Bay store to purchase a product. I was totally ignored by the staff member on the counter whilst she thought listening a to her colleague gossip was more important then serving me. Some serious training in customer service skills are needed for this young lady. She is promoting a very bad image for the store.
