Terrible. Avoid at all cost. Deletes negative reviews on Facebook and creates fake accounts to give positive reviews. Have claimed with the ombudsman so wont be trading for much longer.
Couldn't fault the guys, they were fantastic. Extremely thorough, punctual and really careful with all of our stuff, packing everything so it was protected and secure. Nearly 2000km from Melbourne to Lismore and not one item was damaged. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Daniel was really easy to deal with and Matt was a fantastic driver. Pick up and delivery were both early and the items were well looked after. I moved from North Geelong to Northern NSW and the rates were good and very happy with my service. I would definitely use this service again
Turned up on time. Worked like TrojansPacked and moved half a house. This was a sensitive move, with a fair bit of emotion involved at times.This was respected at all times. Despite the long day, the work effort was consistent, and good cheer prevailed. Cant recommend Shift Removals higher. 10/10
