We had breakfast here today. Sat there for 10 minutes being ignored by staff until I actually had to get up and ask for menus. To get coffees and order food was yet another mission. Staff not friendly, food average and value for money poor. Staff need an attitude adjustment.
Great ambience with excellent customer service. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone visiting Byron Bay
The waiter that served us was quite passive aggressive and rude as he told me I couldnt order off the lunch menu until 12 (it was 11:59) about 5 minutes passed as we tried to flag someone to take our order which was frustrating. Food was pretty good despite a bit pricey. Probably wont go again
Shocking food and worse service.We visited today and were mortified by the rudeness and slow service. One female staff member was incredibly passive aggressive and unpleasant. We waited for a table which was then given to some people who had walked in off the street. We were finally seated but then waited fifteen minutes to have our orders taken as the staff were far too busy socialising to realise their were customers in the cafe.I enquired as to the whereabouts of our food (fifteen minutes after receiving drinks and it was only cakes during a quiet period). Another female staff member was rude and aggressive, raising her voice and causing a scene in the cafe much to my embarrassment as other customers were staring. As a result she then gave me the plainest, smallest and saddest piece of banana bread I have eaten. It was the end piece and was 2cm thick at most. How embarrassing for $9. I will never return and will advise others to do similar. The cafe clearly has no interest in providing decent food or customer service. Avoid it like the plague. You would be better off eating scraps from a bin.
Overpriced for this what you get. Not the best food for me, they want to have healthy food but thats not really healthy for me. But friendly staff and good service.
