Manager was rude as after I returned a faulty wetsuit Took months to hear back from them even after chasing up the suit at least five times still could tell me if my suit was being fixed or not Finally got told I could get a replacement , picked it up and basically the manager avoided me and didnt explain what happened with the lengthy process and told the other staff member to get my wetsuit that was in the toilet he said ,actual words . He then ignored me and didnt say anything after I said thanks I have another wetsuit that has fallen apart and will send back myself rather than deal with such pretentious wanna be byronites hipters which is a shame cause I used to believe in Patagonias whole philosophy of better gear
Good gear. Poor service. Surfy brah forgot to take off the anti theft tag. Meant I couldn't use the board shorts. I came back the next day and requested it be removed. His response, "no worries man". I thought a more apt response could have been "sorry about that, my mistake". The shop was entirely empty when I bought them. He had one job to do. Too cool for school I guess...
