Some of the worst costumer service I have ever received. While waking around the store picking out items I wanted to try on, a girl hanging up clothes literally barged me because I was accidentally in her way. After trying on items and deciding not to buy anything, I got out of the changing room and another girl took my pieces. I politely said thank you but I wasn't going to get anything and she proceeded to stare me down like an angry hawk. After this I saw there was an upstairs and I asked what was up there and if I could go look. The same girl said it was the bridal suite and I got really exited because I love spell wedding dresses. I go up and look at the dresses from a far for a second and then I turn around and the girl is literally standing there staring at me, as if she was supervising me! I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted so I just headed down the stairs, sat in the patio for a second then left. Cannot believe how some of these girls treat customers.
Terrible customer service online!Average quality. The prices are getting out of control, $300 for dresses that fall apart!I love the look of the brand and collections but Im disappointed every time with the quality.The prices, and also poor fits just arent good enough anymore.
Lovely clothes but the staff were not very friendly. They didn't start talking to us until we had clothes in our hands and they knew we were going to buy something. Both me and my friend were wearing our own spell clothes whilst shopping there and the staff did not even take the time to comment on it which always seems to happen in other retail stores. Rather Shop online-to add-= called the store a year after this visit for a question about their products and they answered with just "spell store"no "hello" or "good-morning this is ___ how may I help you" it was awkward and unwelcoming and then the lady followed by being rude to my questions. work on customer service.
My wife buys has been a spell customer since the beginning and I was surprised to hear of the poor customer service she had received. She bought a dress 2 weeks ago and found that it was the wrong size upon delivery. She asked to exchange it for another size in the same design and was told that it cannot be changed as that is store policy. What a joke. I buy her gift vouchers every year for your store. Wont be happening again.
Have never been graced with walking into this store - but I have bought dozens and dozens of their designer pieces online store and stockists. Every piece I love and cherish and wear with a big smile. Its an addiction. You will not find a more gorgeous bohemian and vintage inspired collection anywhere else! Love love.
