Night markets on Saturday during high season from 4 oclock. The park is slowly being renovated by the Shire Council. Free public toilets.

Pretty nice park, not necessarily aesthetic or pretty but it's a common meeting place in Byron and really brings the community together. Could use some maintenance though just to make it a bit nicer

Byron Environment Centre info rotunda has been in the park for 15 years. It is the place to get in touch with current environmental issues and Byrons activist heart. Check the notice board for updates. Also books, recycled shoes, thongs, hats and clothes found on the beach. Friendly ears and warm hearts
