We visited the store on a recent holiday from Canada. Honestly the older grumpy guy that works in or manages this place is just plain miserable with zero customer service skills. Firstly, he ignored us when we came in the store, then he made us feel uncomfortable for asking questions, immediately calling us names and insulting us with vulgar language after we asked a few basic questions. I highly recommend you divert your shopping away from this store's bad energy. Quite honestly the worst shoe shop in Australia.
