I purchased a shirt from this store as a gift I was assured by staff that I could return it for a store credit I took the shirt back today and was told that a month was too long to exchange or get a store credit So I left with the shirt and dockets A very unsatisfactory experience Now reported to consumer affairs Will not be taking my many visitors to this shop or recommend it Very very poor customer service I fact none
Absolutely dreadful experience. Served by Marta, the rudest retail assistant and apparently 'manager' I've encountered. Buying a pair of sunglasses, as simple as it should have been, ended up ruining our day at the beach. Have also corresponded with the manufacturer of the sunglasses in question regarding our in-store experience with Marta. It reflects badly on all associated with STOKED. Would never shop here again.
