I came to Australia with no plans thinking I could just play it by ear. Then I met Max and she changed my entire Australian holiday for the better. She helped me plan my entire trip and made me feel comfortable with all the pre planing, something I was very hesitant to do at first. She worked with me to tailor the trip to my specific taste and based each activity and accommodation off of what kind of trip I was looking for. She is extremely informative and knows everything about all the different tour operators all over Australia. She hooked me up with the best tour operators for everything I was looking for and everything I wanted to do. My trip would have been horrible if it were not for Max and her amazing skill to plan the perfect holiday. Every trip I went on that she set up for me was exactly what I wanted. I have Max to thank for my amazing trip. She also helped me pick and arrange all my accommodations. Once again, she was perfect in setting me up with the best hostels in each city. I couldnt believe how spot on she was with everything she recommended. The only recommendation I can give is put your trip in the hands of Max. She will take care of you. She is so considerate, caring, and patient. She wants to make sure you have the trip of a lifetime and she knows how to make it happen. I am so thankful I met Max and that she planned the best trip ever!
We arrived to Byron Bay without plans and completely lost and found Max who designed the perfect trip in through all the east coast for the time we had, considering all our suggestions. Max also solved our issues when we had cancelations because of the bad weather. She's very nice person and I would recommend to go to her for booking anything!

Me and a friend are traveling together. We stayed in the beautiful "wake up" hostel. During the wine evening we were able to take part in the contest of Peter Pans. The employees themselves approached us and explained everything to us. We won! When we booked the tour in the office directly on the site we were warmly welcomed and very friendly informed about the procedures. Telephone and electronic consultation takes place without any problems. All in all a great communicative service in a wonderfully pleasant environment!
