Best coffee I've ever had. Also love the plastic free movement
If you're after amazing food and drinks and the best chilling out atmosphere, that's the place. It's not pricey and the portions go from totally-satisfied to sharing. I'd recommend the superstar buckwheat hot cake and any of the coffee options on the house-made nut milk (this one would deserve it's own 5 stars review). As an almost everyday customer, I can tell you all the food is bought locally, several ingredients are organics, all top-quality from byron area. And finally, the staff. It's impossible to write a review without mentioning the staff. While in some cool places the staff treat you as if they were doing you a favor, at Folk you feel so absolutely welcomed you just wanna go there every day. And you can actually see the kitchen and how they cook which is pretty cool. Basically a #1 cafe to visit in Byron Bay.
Very disappointed ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 coffees the milkshakes were 2 small cups of what looked and tasted like very tasteless flavoured milk and they couldn't even manage the right coffee for lactose intolerant person and all for a whopping $27.50 if you are going to slug people at least get it right. Just remember without customers you have no business i won't be back.
Always had great experiences, excellent food, even better coffee, treat yourself to the coconut cold brew, it will change your life.
Laid back atmosphere and outstanding food. Brilliant coffee and alternative milk selection. I enjoyed the nourish bowl. It's one of the best things I've had in Australia. Thank you!
