We were looking forward to a camping trip, but when we turned up to collect our van we were presented with a battered vehicle with a bald tyre. It was un-roadworthy. Illegal. Though someone else had just returned it and the representative seemed to think it ok for us to take it on a road trip.We wondered what else might be wrong with it that they also felt it was ok to overlook.We had to turn it down and were forced to find a replacement last minute. Fortunately, we found one! For half the price and twice the quality.Can't recommend this company. It is not ok to hire out illegal, un-roadworthy vans.btw, the 'fridge' they included is very small, so we paid an extra $50 for a larger one. It was an esky!Stay away.
Had a fantastic few days with my partner exploring around Byron with one of these epic vans. Booking with Kylie-Anne was made easy - she's super accomodating, quick at responding and was super helpful both over the phone and via email. Meeting her was so great, she has the best energy! We were picked up at 6:30am from Gold Coast airport by her lovely helper Donna with no hassle, and also dropped back off when flying home. The van itself is so comfortable and easy to drive, the queen bed was huge and so cosy, and everything was super roomy, clean and well thought out. Cannot recommend this option enough! We will definitely be hiring another van next time we're up in Byron!

From the full sized & quality edge to edge extremely comfortable bed, the quality outdoor chairs and tables, the cutlery and every fitting & fixture of the van was perfect to a T.I would like to congratulate you on running such a professional local business in Byron that catered perfectly to our holiday needs whilst we had a quick break. I was able to have the best time in Byron Bay because of Adventure Vans! ! The Van I rented from here was clean and useful for trip in Byron Bay. Moreover I rented surf board and stayed a few days in the van. I saw many beautiful stars at night I felt solemn and mysterious. I recommend you to take a van from here and travel in Byron Bay. Anyway, thank you everything for Anne who is owner of Adventure Vans.
We had an amazing trip in the Gypsey Wanderer. Kylie-Annes vans are fully equipped with everything you need for a camping holiday. It was spacious and well appointed. This was great as we came from interstate without any gear. Kylie-Anne was great to deal with and answered all of my questions promptly in advance. I would highly recommend using Byron Adventure Vans.
