Don't hire cars from those people. They're RACIST to customers. We were at the servo, picking up a car that we had booked 5 DAYS before and suddenly the guy got so mad to us because we couldn't understand something that he said. Then he rejected renting us the car because "we didn't speak English well enough" and he kicked us out of the store, throwing us our passports and money as if we were dogs. No more cars were available to hire at any store that day in Byron.Don't go with them if you need to make sure you'll have a car.You better rent from Imagine Car Rentals in Mullumbimby. They'll bring you the car to Byron and pick it up as well. They provide with a beautiful customer service, they're flexible and have very good prices (much better than those racists from the servo). We contacted them after what happened and they solved our situation really quick. Thanks!

The manager/owner who operates rental agency car is such a rude person! Be aware they will try to take money from you. Dont waste your time and money

I have an older car and each time I have taken into Jason at Caltex mechanic he has been able to fix the problems at little cost and within a very appropriate time. Recently had a woman come into my workplace at a local holiday center and she was in tears because her van wasn't working all the sudden and she was under the impression it would not be something fixable - it was heartbreaking seeing her look so helpless. I recommended Jason and the servo and she took their number to call when they were open the next day. She came back into the office the next afternoon all smiles - the van had been fixed for $80!! One thing better than having a reliable, trustworthy mechanic for myself, is being able to recommend them to others :)
