So... i rent a car from the gold coast to byron and there is a 150$ drop off fee... i go back there at the end of my trip and see if i can take it back as the same car is still in the byron bay hertz... there is another 150 charge to take the same car back...really hertz.... you hetz me with your profiteering

Unfriendly desk staff. Check and double check all the info because some fees may not be mentioned from the staff.Compare to others Hertz Offices this is definetly the most unfriendly. Miss Helen looks under a constant pressure lacking in managing multiple tasks at the same time. Maybe it has been an unfortunate case or maybe this is the way that they use to treat customers in that specific office.
