Ive was really disappointed with the online store and the after sales service. The postage was slow and timeframes were not clearly communicated on the website (I needed the garment for an event and thought I was leaving enough time ordering over 7 days prior), I wasnt even given an option to select an express option. The returns process was also slow and time consuming and trying to actually get a response from anyone was frustrating. I sent 3 emails before getting a response. All this does not inspire me to want to shop with them again
