Elements was perfect for our stay in Byron Bay. The location is somewhat removed from the main strip, which we liked. The two highlights for us was the private beach out the back and the breakfast overlooking the pool. We have told friends over and over that Elements offers the best breakfast. Yours to enjoy!
Awesome facilities and beautiful location. Was let down by the breakfast and check in service. We arrived an hour before check-in and was told to wait and we would be told when our room was ready. More people arrived around check in time and were seen to their room immediately while we waited. Eventually we went up to the counter and they had forgotten about us. Breakfast was poor for the price, we were never asked if we wanted something from the hot plate menu or for cafe drinks. Ended up spending $27 each for cereal and bread. Also had to request our complimentary drinks as these were forgotten. Elements Of Byron has the appearance of a 5 star resorts with below average service.
Wowee! This place is heaven. We stayed here over New Years and could easily not have left the resort for our entire holiday. The adults pool is fabulous- try a coconut margarita! The rooms are spacious and thoroughly modern. Being close to the private beach.. it really is quiet.. is wonderful! All staff are friendly and the location is close enough to Byron but not too close. Well absolutely be back!
Without a shadow of a doubt,this place is simply amazing. The service, due diligence, ultra friendly and attentive staff are nothing short of exceptional. The facilities, pools, restaurant and bars are terrific. The villas are well appointed, modern and classy. The bending, linen, and little special features are spot on. This is an amazing resort that caters for the couples, intimate getaways and right through to families. Amazing to find somewhere like this here in Australia. We. Will. Be. Back.
Fantastic. All the staff are wonderful and welcoming and helpful. They'll give you great insight into what to do in Byron. The facilities are world class, especially the pools. Love that the resort is right on the beach and it's very convenient. My favourite part however we the adult pool and it's swim up bar. Just what my wife and I needed for a perfect weekend.
