We stayed here for several days in November and had a great experience. The front desk staff (Julia and Emma in particular) were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed using the bicycles and surfboards available at the hotel and the staff gave us tips on the best places around town to visit. The room was clean and comfortable as well. No complaints and we would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and clean hotel. Try to get a room to the back because of the street. Recommendation at hotel: get new windows on the front side, then the street would not be a big thing...

Was lucky enough to be put up here for a week with my workplace. Very lovely staff and great comfy hotel. Was able to walk to a couple of bars and eateries. Good spot!
Perfect location, nice hotel.The hotel is only few minutes walk to the beach and all the shops and bars. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable. You can also have access to the pool, the hot tub and the bikes included.Staff are great and very friendly. If you're staying in Byron this is a perfect place.
