Ray White Byron Bay cancelled an appointment on the day of my viewing after I had flown in from Sydney.The appointment was confirmed by phone earlier in the morning as I boarded the plane.I received the cancellation by email which speaks a thousand words of this Ray Whites inability to communicate on a personal level.When I rang to speak with the staff member that sent the email "she's not in today" was the initial response.Poor effort RWBB
Couldnt have asked for better service with Ray White. Jasmin was excellent in meeting our needs for our stay.Apartment was fantastic. Great location and accommodated the six of us very comfortably. Apartment right in town perfect. 3/8 Lawson street would definitely stay again

Loved the accommodation we stayed in. However, one staff member in particular was extremely rude and condescending when I would speak to her. I simply asked questions about the accommodation we had been put into because we had been double booked by Ray White Byron Bay and was spoken to as if I was an idiot and she made it out to be my fault. Working as a customer service manager myself, I would be disgusted and reviewing staff's position if they were to treat my customers in the way I was treated.
