Spacious bar with a couple of large outdoor areas. Quick service at the bar, nice staff. Big screen in the corner of one of the beer gardens. Great pizza oven fired up ready to cook up a decent pizza in no time.
Had the best amaretto sour of my life at this place. Chill vibe, nice people. Didn't stay at the hotel, just came by to grab a drink. A little pricey but the drink was worth it.
Terrible service! Arrived at around 1pm, my boyfriend ordered our food at the food kiosk, while I got drinks. I got to the bar only to be asked for my ID to buy 2 COCA COLA'S. I didn't have my ID, not expecting to need it to buy 2 soft drinks. I was told I wasn't even allowed to be on the premises but as i'd ordered my food already, they would "allow me to eat"My partner then went up to order drinks for himself and I, and was told they could not even serve me a WATER- pretty sure this is a basic human right violation.Won't ever be going back!
The food was decent. The customer service was pathetic- the short dark brunet behind main bar was extremely rude and her attitude was disgraceful. Also saw her interacting with other customers the same way. Very disappointed with this member of staff because Ive been come here for ages. The customer service from the kitchen staff were also negative.
I like this hotel. It has been well maintained and the rooms are clean. The rooms are large and mine faced right out to the ocean. An early morning wake up from the sun kissed ocean will likely be your reward for booking here. That's right it is right on the ocean. I highly recommend this place and plus there is a couple bars in their adjoining building. Great beer and drinks within a couple minutes walk.
